You contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, at any hour. To arrange the visit we need a few details: where you are staying, who the visit is for, and the language the patient prefers. You do not need to tell us about symptoms or medical details; the doctor discusses them with the patient directly. We pass your request on to an independent private doctor.
As soon as a doctor has confirmed, we let you know when the visit can take place. If no doctor is available at the time you need, we tell you so openly. From the moment the doctor arrives, the consultation is between you and the doctor. We remain available for the practical side, such as transport to a pharmacy or clinic, or informing your household staff.
