Keyholding Packages by Xclusive

While you are away from the island, your property should not be left unattended. A keyholding provider you can trust is important. Xclusive Mallorca, together with its partner companies, takes care of your property in Mallorca on your behalf.

We offer three keyholding packages, so that you can choose according to your specific needs. Our entry-level Xclusive CARE package includes a security inspection of the property (garden, doors and windows, the alarm system, and indoors and outdoors for damage, break-ins or squatters) and an indoor and outdoor maintenance inspection. Our Xclusive SIGNATURE package includes additional services, such as extended maintenance inspections, the indoor service, a meet and greet service and 24/7 assistance. The details of each package are set out in the comparison above; prices are quoted individually on request.

What to Expect

We offer fixed packages as well as personalised ones. We do not want you to pay for a plan that is of no use to you, so you can choose a personalised package instead.

Which package suits you depends on how often you use your property. If you use it frequently, a more comprehensive package is likely to suit you. A property in frequent use needs more care and maintenance, and we can arrange more visits and services for it.

If you use it only occasionally, a smaller package may be enough. A property that is used less often needs only the essential inspections and services.

Whichever package you choose, your property is looked after with discretion by our team and partner companies on your behalf.
