How does villa provisioning work?
You send us your list and your arrival date, together with the number of people staying and any allergies, dietary requirements or favourite brands. If you are not sure what to order, we can suggest a list for a first stay, with the basics for breakfast, drinks and a first meal at home. We then place the order with our partner suppliers and arrange the delivery.
Before you arrive, the shopping is put away in your fridge and kitchen, and we check it against your list. If an item cannot be found, we tell you in advance and suggest an alternative instead of leaving a gap. When you walk in, the fridge is full and you can start your stay without a trip to the supermarket.

Send it through the contact form or by WhatsApp, or tell us by phone. Our team works in English, German and Spanish and can be reached around the clock. Include your arrival date, the number of people staying and any brands, allergies or dietary requirements, so that the order matches what you expect.
How far in advance should I order?
Send your list as early as you can before your arrival, so that particular brands or speciality items can be found in time. Shorter notice is often possible for everyday groceries, and it is worth asking. For a large household, a celebration or a long stay, an earlier order gives us more room to source everything on your list.
Can the villa be restocked during my stay?
Yes. Provisioning is not limited to the day of arrival. During your stay we can arrange further shopping and deliveries whenever you need them, from everyday groceries to drinks for a dinner or items for a barbecue. Owners who use their villa regularly can also have a standing list that is restocked before each visit.
How do the provisions get into the villa?
The delivery is put away in your fridge and kitchen before you arrive. If we already hold your keys as part of our key holding service, we arrange access ourselves. Otherwise we agree with you, your house manager or your rental agency how the delivery reaches the property, so that nothing is left outside or unrefrigerated.
How much does villa provisioning cost?
