What Does a Yacht Charter in Mallorca Include?
A crewed yacht charter gives you the vessel and the people who sail it, so that you only have to decide how you would like to spend your time on the water. The crew is provided by the charter company together with the yacht and looks after the sailing and the running of the boat throughout the charter.
The itinerary is planned around you. Some guests want a quiet day of swimming and lunch at sea, others want to spend several days moving along the coast. You tell us what matters to you, and we pass your wishes on to the charter company and agree the plan with you before the charter is confirmed. What is possible on a given day also depends on the weather and the decisions of the crew, and we keep you informed if plans need to change.

Who Provides the Yacht and the Crew?
Xclusive Mallorca is a concierge, not a charter company. We do not own or operate yachts. The vessel and its crew come from charter companies in our partner network, and the charter itself is carried out by them.
Our part is everything around it. We take your request, look for a yacht that suits your dates and your group, pass on your wishes, coordinate the booking and stay in touch with you before, during and after the charter. You deal with one contact instead of comparing offers and arranging the details with several companies yourself.

How Can a Charter Be Combined with Other Services?
A day at sea is often one part of a longer stay, and we can arrange the other parts too. Our limousine service in Mallorca takes you to the harbour and collects you afterwards, with a chauffeur provided by a partner company. If you are flying in for the charter, our private jet concierge arranges the flight with a charter operator.
For the evening after a day on the water, a private chef can cook for you at your villa, and for a larger celebration our catering service in Mallorca brings in partner caterers. If you would like food on board, tell us when you inquire, and we check with the charter company what can be arranged for the yacht you choose.
Restaurant reservations and the other details of your stay are handled by our concierge team, so that the same people look after your plans on land and at sea.

How far in advance should I request a yacht charter?
As early as your plans allow. More notice usually means more choice, particularly for longer charters and busy summer dates. Requests at short notice are welcome too: tell us your date and we will let you know openly what is possible. Our team can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How much does a yacht charter in Mallorca cost?
There is no fixed price list. Every charter is quoted individually on request. The quote depends on the yacht, the length of the charter, the dates, the number of guests, the itinerary and any extras you would like, such as catering or transfers. You receive the quote before you decide, and you are under no obligation.
Can I combine a yacht charter with a private chef or transfers?
