How Is Household Staff Training Arranged?
It starts with a conversation about your household: how many people work for you, what their roles are, what works well and what you would like to change. From this we prepare a brief and select a trainer whose experience fits your situation. Where it is useful, the programme begins with an assessment of your team.
The trainer then works with your staff in your home, on the topics agreed with you. Training can be a single block, for example before the start of a season, or ongoing, with regular sessions that keep standards up over time. We stay in contact with you throughout and adjust the programme if your needs change.
Training and recruitment often go together. When a new person joins your team through our household staff recruitment service, training helps him or her learn the ways of your household and work well with the existing staff.

There is no fixed price list, because every programme is built around your household. The cost depends on the number of staff, the topics, whether an assessment is included and how many sessions are needed.
